E-Commerce has influenced the global economy and brought all kinds of new opportunities for both businesses and consumers. Digital platforms have expanded market access, making borderless transactions possible and benefiting users with convenience as a result. Yet the rapid spread of digitalization has posed a series of pivotal challenges in terms of data security and privacy. Cyber threats, such as data breaches, fraud, and identity theft, have soared in recent years, placing companies and consumers alike at risk. As the total volume of internet transactions is expected to surpass $8.1 trillion in 2026, the secure handling of delicate consumer data has become an urgent priority. The importance of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and blockchain in ensuring the safety of both data and privacy is the subject of this book entitled E-Commerce Data Security and Privacy: Innovative AI and ML Strategies.
